TOUR OVERVIEW
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Depart from Arusha in the morning and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Explore the park’s iconic baobab trees, seasonal swamps, and large elephant herds. Stay overnight at your selected lodge or camp near the park.
Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, drive to the Serengeti via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy a scenic journey with an en route game drive. Reach central Serengeti in the afternoon and continue with wildlife viewing. Dinner and overnight at your selected lodge in the Serengeti.
Day 3: Full Day Serengeti National Park
Spend the entire day exploring the endless plains of the Serengeti. Look out for the Big Five and, if lucky, witness part of the Great Migration. Enjoy a picnic lunch and continue with your game drive until sunset. Overnight stay in the Serengeti.
Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Early morning game drive as you exit the Serengeti. Drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with optional stops at Maasai villages. Arrive at your lodge on the crater rim in the evening. Relax and prepare for the next day’s crater tour.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Return to Arusha
After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. Spot rhinos, lions, buffaloes, and a variety of other species in the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. After lunch, begin your return journey to Arusha or transfer to the airport.
